Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return
- SHIPPING TIME:
We ship online orders processed through our east coast
call center from 8am-5pm EST monday through Thursday and
Friday until 3pm EST. Orders are distributed through our
network of over 100 locations. Most orders arrive in 1-2
business days after shipment. If you require expedited
shipping times or confirmation, phone in your order.
- DELAYED SHIPMENTS:
If your chosen part is on backorder, we will call you
and discuss your options during processing hours. Rest
assured that we will not hold an order longer than 24
hours without notifying you, our customer, that we are
unable to immediately ship an item.
- ORDER CANCELLATION:
All canceled order are subject
to a 10% restocking fee based on the total amount of the
order. Given that our orders are distributed through over
100 locations, it is often hard to call back or hold an
order that has been placed with us. We recommend that
you are certain that you need a part when ordering with
us. However, we will do our best prevent items from shipping
that have been requested canceled. Orders that are unable
to be stopped from shipment will be subject to our normal
product return restocking of 20%.
- RETURNING A PART:
All new items may be returned within 5 days of receipt
for refund. All new returns are subject to a 20% restocking
fee based on the cost of order. Freight charges are non-refundable
and return freight is at the expense of the purchaser.
Items claimed for return after 5 days but within 30 days
of receipt are valid for exchange only and subject to
a 10% restocking fee based on the cost of item. No items
over 30 days of receipt are valid for return, unless exchanged
through our defective exchange policy.
- PRODUCT INSPECTION:
All items should be inspected at time of receipt for quality,
fit, and condition. Damages are to be reported with the
delivery carrier within 48 hours of receipt. Wrong items
are to be reported within 5 business days for return or
exchange via e-mail to support@radiatorexpress.com
- INCORRECT PARTS: If you
recieve the wrong part, report it within 5 business days
to support@radiatorexpress.com. If we have shipped the
wrong part, we will have a prepaid return and exchange
process available. If you have mistakingly ordered an
item, you may exchange the item within 5 business days.
Exchanged items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. if
you are in need of an immediate replacement, we suggest
your ordering the replacement online, and then e-mailing
support@radiatorexpress.com
for return
- REFUNDS: As stated above,
new items may be returned for refund within 5 business
days of receipt, e-mail support@radiatorexpress.com
for a return authorization number and directions for return.
Items requested for return within 30 days of receipt are
valid for exchange only. Items returned or requested for
return after 30 days from purchase are not valid for refund,
no exceptions. Damaged items, are to be reported immediately
to the shipping company that handled the package and requested
to be returned to the shipper. Items that are not returned
are not valid for refund under any circumstances. Used
items that are returned, are not valid for refund under
any circumstances.

- RETURN PROCEDURE:
- For all returns Defective Return Claims,
e-mail dan@radiatorexpress.com and include
your order number, and or full name and a
brief description of the problem.
- For Shipping Damages, call the shipping
provider immediately and file a damage claim
and request the item to be removed from your
premises. Keep a record of the original tracking
number from the box, and e-mail that information
to support@radiatorexpress.com
with a request for exchange.
