All orders placed before 2:30 pm your time ship same day from the most local Radiator Express location with available stock. Orders placed via Internet and phone are shipped by way of FEDEX and or UPS ground. If you order via our secure site, you will be able to obtain your tracking number by viewing your online order history. Orders placed on Friday will normally be delivered on a Monday, as our carriers do not deliver on the weekend. Most Radiator Express orders take 1 business day to arrive at your home or business. If we encounter a problem with stock if your area, you can rest assure we will let you know prior to shipment! If you log onto RadiatorExpress.com and cannot find your tracking number, please e-mail Radiator Express Support Team One of our Radiator Experts will contact you immediately with your tracking information. If you have placed your order via phone, please check your e-mail for a tracking number before contacting our support center. My order has arrived, but where is my invoice copy? back to top If your product arrives with no packing slip, e-mail Radiator Express Order Department for a computer copy of your invoice to be sent to you immediately. If you are unable to view our computerized invoice copy, just let us know. We can fax and or regular mail your invoice to you! What if my order arrives damaged? back to top If your order is damaged during delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us via phone. If you are unable to refuse delivery, please contact the shipment carrier via phone immediately and inform them of this damage. (UPS- 1-800-PICK-UPS) (FEDEX- 1-800-GO-FEDEX). Arrangements will be made to remove the product from your home next day. Radiator Express automotive radiators are shipped to you in the original manufacturing packaging. Hoses and other accessories are not included with your order. Some radiator comes equipped with a cap in the box, while some models do not. We recommend that you use the original accessories and or purchase new ones if necessary from a local part store. Remember that some radiators come with transmission fittings for certain applications of vehicle. It is important that you handle the box with care and check foam and other areas for additional necessary parts. My

Many aftermarket manufacturering companies make 1 version of a radiator replacement to fit both a manual and or automatic applications. Automatic transmission lines resemble two nipples on either the driver and or passenger tank of the radiator. This system is closed and meant only for the flow of transmission fluid. A "Closed Syste" denotes that the fluid that goes through your radiator will not mix or interact in physical nature with that of the transmission cooler. Our fast processing assures that we have time to double check the availability of your product and ensure its timely shipment to you.
