I called on the morning of 09/25/03 to try to locate a heater core for a 63 Chev PU. Will found the part, faxed me a line drawing of it to verify it was correct, but had to inform me it was no longer made and he did not have one. I left the house for a little while and came back and Will had left a message on my answering machine to let me know he found one. He took my order on the afternoon of 09/25/03. I called 09/29/03 and Nick said to call back in the afternoon because the core was shipped from Kansas and he would have to wait until they opened to get me a tracking number. I called back, Nick gave me the tracking number. I checked UPS.com. Old news- the core had been delivered to my house earlier in the day (I was at work). I wish every business gave this kind of service. My kindest regards to Will and Nick. -Gordon Foster
